General

Venue: Old Gippstown (Gippsland Heritage Park), 211 Lloyd St, Moe 3825

Check In and Briefing:

  • Novice
    Check In = 7:45am-8:15am
    Briefing   = 8:30am
    Judging   = 9:00am
  • Advanced/Excellent
    Check In = 11:15am-11:45am
    Briefing   = 12:00pm
    Judging   = 12:30pm

The club reserves the right to add elements or alter the judges as may be necessary.

Entry Fees: $15 per element

Online Entries (only): K9 Entries

Entries will be limited to 80 dogs per judge.
If a ballot is necessary, it will be conducted at GODC Inc, on Saturday, 16 October. Results will be available at Vic Scent Facebook.

Please note that there are no additions or alterations once catalogue is complete. No refunds for dogs that do not attend or are scratched after close of entries. Catalogues will be available at Scent Work Information a few days before the trial. With an addendum to it after the Bairnsdale Trial on 19 March.

Other

Catering: There is catering for judges and stewards only. However, there is a café, and all meals can be made takeaway if you wish (menu will be in catalogue). Additionally, McDonald’s is located next door.

Judging of Excellent may commence later to allow judge to have lunch.

Presentations: To be held at completion of trial. If time permits Novice may be held earlier. If not, cards may be collected (if necessary) after judges have had time to complete and sign off cards.

Note: It is not appropriate to train at the location two weeks prior to the trial date.
