2023 Track and Search Trial 1-10
Friday-Monday, 1-4 September

Important

1. Closing date for entries is Saturday, 19 August.
2. Event will be suject to COVID-19 conditions in force at the time.
3. If insufficient entries are received, the trial will be run on Saturday and Sunday only.
4. Friday daytime judging will be restricted to helpers and judges.
5. Night Tracks will be held on Friday and Saturday only, unless entries are exxcessive.

The club committee reserves the right to alter the judging panel as required.

Entry Fees:

• GODC members: $25 per test (use code GODC)
• non-members $40 per test

Fees include VCA surcharge and catalogue.

Online at Show Manager (19 August close).

In the comment section of the entry form please include details of your nominated known track layer if entering Tests 1.

Club Policy:

If excessive entries are received, a ballot will be held at the home of the Trial Secretary at 7pm, Wednesday, 24 August.

Special Requirement:

Handlers are required to wear reflective vests and headlamps as specified in ANKC Rules and Guidelines, in particular, Equipment (g).

Helpers:

The club especially appreciates those offering to help beyond the day that they are competing. Those in a position to do so, should notify the Trial Secretary of details at the earliest convenience.
