Check In and Briefing:

• No Check In or vetting.
  • Exhibitors are able to print their own numbers through Top Dog once the catalogue has been published
• Briefing 9:00am
  • Judging commencing 15 minutes thereafter
• Lunch Break 12:30-1:30pm
  • Judges may elect to judge through the break if close to finishing

Fees : $18 for Excellent and Masters; $30 for ultimate

The Club reserves the right to substitute/add/remove classes or judges should the need arise.

General

Ballot:
Should any element exceed the cap listed above a ballot will take place. Results will be
posted on the Vic Scent Facebook page 1-2 days after the closing date.

Catalogue: 
Available on Vic Scent FB group and Top Dog a few days before the trial.

Catering:
Light catering will be available, more information to come.

Awards:
Place rosettes and prize for first, second, and third in each class.
Title ribbons.
Qualifying ribbons.

Presentations:
Will be held at the completion of all elements.

Other

Please note: Contracted judges, volunteers and committee members may compete at this event.
Competitors may handle one dog per element, other dogs may be entered with a different handler.
No bitches in season or showing any discharge to be at the trial location.
This trial will be held under the rules and regulations of Dogs Victoria, including Dogs Victoria’s heat policy.
